I clean the places people don't look at.

If I miss itBehind the toilet, under the bed, the top of the fridge, baseboards. Point at it and I clean it that week, no charge.

I arrive when I said I would.

If I miss itYou get a text the moment I know I'm running late, not after. If I'm more than 30 minutes late, that visit is $25 off.

Nothing of yours gets broken or moved and left.

If I miss itI tell you myself before you find it. If I break something, I replace it.

The same person cleans your home every time.

If I miss itIt's me. I work alone. If I ever can't make it, I reschedule with you — I don't send a stranger to your door.

I tell you what I couldn't get clean.

If I miss itHard water stains, old grout, set-in carpet marks. You'll hear it from me at the end of the visit, not read it in a review.

What I clean

  • Houses and apartments — regular, every other week, or monthly
  • Kitchens, bathrooms, bedrooms, living areas, floors
  • Inside the fridge, inside the oven, inside cabinets — just ask ahead
  • Move-in and move-out cleans on empty homes

What I don't

  • Exterior windows above the ground floor
  • Carpet shampooing and upholstery extraction
  • Heavy clutter removal or hoarding situations
  • Mold remediation or biohazard cleanup
  • Large offices and commercial buildings — I do homes

How I handle a miss

You call. I come back. That's the whole process.

There's no claim form, no manager, no window of eligibility to argue about. There's me and a phone.

Call or text within a few days of the visit. A photo helps, but it isn't required.

I don't debate it

If you say it isn't clean, it isn't clean. I don't ask you to prove anything.

I come back

Usually within two days, at a time that suits you. I redo the area and anything near it.

No return fee, no adjusted invoice, no quiet price increase next month.
